About LKP BINA JAYA

Perkembangan Dunia Pariwisata Indonesia telah mengarah kepadasektor utama yang mampu meningkatkan kegiatan ekonomi dan banyak menyerap tenaga kerja usia produktif. Beberapastakeholder yang terlibat dalam perkembangan pembangunan pariwisata tersebut,diantaranya; pemerintah, dunia industri (DUDI) pariwisata, Lembaga Pendidikan Formal maupun non-Formal, serta masyarakat.Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan(LKP) yang bergerak di bidang pariwisata juga ikut andil dalam melahirkan tenaga kerja berkompeten pada dunia industri pariwisata.

The development of Indonesia’s Toursim Industry has led to a major sector in promoting economic activity and absorbing a lot of productive manpower. Some stakeholders involved in the tourism development, such as government, tourism industry (DUDI), non formal and formal education institutions, and communities. Tourism course and training institute (LKP) engaged in tourism,also contributes to produce the competent workforce in the tourism industry.

LKP BINA JAYA, berlokasi di Kotabumi Lampung Utara, berdiri sejak tahun 2005 dengan program kursus bahasa Inggris profesi satu tahun, program kursus komputer dan bimbingan belajar. LKP BINA JAYAtelah meraih prestasi kinerja B berdasarkan penilaian Kemendikbud tahun 2014, serta juara 1 LKP berprestasi tingkat provinsi Lampungpada tahun 2014 dan 2015.

LKP BINA JAYA, located in Kotabumi, Lampung Utara, established since 2005 with one year English proficiency course, computer course and tutoring program. LKP BINA JAYA has achieved B in the category of performance based on Kemendikbud assessment in 2014, and 1st winner for the Best LKP achievement in Lampung province in 2014 and 2015.

Pada tahun 2017, LKP BINA JAYA membuka program Pelatihan Perhotelan dan Kapal Pesiar sebagai solusi dari tingginya angka penganguran dari lulusan SMU/SMK yang belum mempunyai kesempatan melanjutkan pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. KomitmenLKP BINA JAYA adalah mencetak alumni sebagai tenaga terampil siap kerja, khususnya di bidang Perhotelan dan Kapal Pesiar.
In 2017, LKP BINA JAYA opened a Training Program for Hospitality and Cruises as a solution of high rate unemployment from senior/vocational high school graduates who have not had the opportunity to go to higher education in college. The commitment of LKP BINA JAYA is to provide well-equipped and skilled alumnies to be ready for working in the Hospitality industries and Cruises.

Peserta didik tidak hanya dibekali dengan keterampilan wajib seperti kemampuan bahasa Inggris aktif, keterampilan perhotelan dan tataboga, tetapi mereka juga diberikan nilai tambah berupa keterampilan mengoperasikan komputer (bersertifikat LKP BINA JAYA) dan kegiatan ekstra yang sangat menunjang, meningkatkan keahlian dan kepribadian peserta didik sepertiOut Bound, Fire Drill, Motivation Training, Beauty Class dan Forum Siraman Rohani secara terjadwal dan berkala.
Students are not only equipped with the ability of active English, hospitality,food & beverage product skills, but they are also given the added value of computer knowledge (certified LKP BINA JAYA) and extra activities that are very supportive, improve the skills and personality of students such as Out Bound, Fire Drill, Motivation Training, Beauty Classes and Spiritual Speech Forum are scheduled and in regular basis.

DURASI PELATIHAN
TRAINING DURATION

Proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakanmeliputi:
Learning process consists of:

A. Maksimal 4 bulanpembelajaranteoridanpraktek di lingkungankampusLKP BINA JAYA.
A maximum of 4 months of theory and practice lessons at LKP BINA JAYA campus.

B. On Job Training (OJT) dilaksanakanselama 6 bulandi hotel di seluruh Indonesia.
On Job Training (OJT) is held for 6 months in hotels throughout Indonesia.
Pola pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di LKP BINA JAYA mengacu kepada satu minggu teori, satu minggu praktik selama 4 (empat) bulan. Peserta akan melaksanakan On The Job Training (Praktik kerja lapang di Hotel/Industri) Selama 6 bulan. Selama On The Job Training peserta diwajibkan untuk membuat Laporan Tugas Akhir.
The learning pattern implemented at LKP BINA JAYA refers to one week of theory, one week of practice for 4 (four) months. Students will carry out on the job training (Internship program in Hotels/Tourism Industries) for 6 months. Students are required to make a Final Project Report during on the job training program.

Tujuan Pelatihan Perhotelan dan Kapal Pesiar adalah menghasilkan sumber daya manusia (lulusan) sebagai tenagaprofesional yang mampu memadukan antara kemampuan soft skill dan hard skillberdaya saing tinggi yang berbasis pada standar kompentensibidang Operasional Perhotelan.
The objective of the Hospitality and Cruises Training is to produce human resources (graduates) as professionals who are capable of combining the ability of soft skills and hard skills that are based on the standard of Competence in Hotel Operation.

The objective of fire drill is designed and trainer to:
(1) All fire detection and alarm work as per the policy and procedure
(2) Fire extinguishing devices (APAR), ready and functioning system
(3) Occupants of alert buildings, alert fire hazards and well-organized
(4) Trained building occupants can exit the building in the event of an emergency calmly and securely.
